Time keeps on ticking ticking ticking... (I heard that this morning in J&R Music World, where the physical object still reigns, and I think it is maybe so so good.)
Prince is back in, and He apparently means it.
Timbaland is out, ostensibly to set the stage for the 2005 Jay-Z & Timbaland Reunion Tour.
Next thing: after the upcoming pause--about three weeks--I'm gonna do some lists [yes, I just said that thing I said about lists]. Some ideas: Best Lost Hip-Hop Producers and Hot Picks In The Racial Draft (apologies to Dave Chapelle) (e.g., blacks officially sign Scarface and Steve Miller, whites sign...somebody, etc.). So if you have ideas (which will be cited, not bited) send them on.
